Biografia:

Professional dancer and teacher (Contact Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Somatic Movement, Improvisation Dance, Butoh), actress, art-educator and interdisciplinary artist. Also studying Gestalt Art-theraphy. One of the promoters of the development and study of Contact Improvisation and Dance Conscious in Madrid (Spain). Since 2005, I´ve been teaching Contact Dance and Creative Dance in classes, workshops and Jams for adults and families around España and Portugal, in international Contermporary Dance Festivals (in Barcelona, Asturias, Coruña, Valencia, Almería, Canarias, Cáceres, etc), World Dances Festivals ( suchs as Danzas Sin Fronteras, Rototom..) and in Councious Dance Festivals (Estivalia, Luz del Sur, Happynes, Ubuntu, MooM Fest, Face, etc). In 2019 I started the pedagogical project “Care, awareness and boundaries in Dance” to reaffirm the bodily wisdom and to legitimize our boundaries, needs, vulnerability and the pleasure of moving, expressing ourselves and relating without fear. I´m currently interested in how to apply Contact Improvisatioon and dance tools in the fields of education, personal healing and creative development, art therapy and coaching.
