Concertos Andanças'2013
Albaluna
19 TO 25 AUG'13
From Spain
The transport of each participant is one of the largest impact factors on the environment at a festival like Andanças. Therefore we ask you to carefully plan your travel, to consider different options, and choose the least pollutant way of traveling.
Public transport Train You can also take the train to Andanças coming from Spain. Check the schedules of the lines Lusitânia and Sud Expresso, which connect Spanish cities with Portugal. More information and prices are available at CP. For example from Madrid: Madrid (21:50h) ----> Entroncamento (6:07h) ----> change train----> Entroncamento (9:27h) ----> Vila Velha de Rodão (10:41h) Return to Madrid: Vila Velha de Ródão (19:49) ----> Entroncamento (21:07) ----> change train ----> Entroncamento (22:24) ----> Madrid (8:10) The Andanças shuttle bus, coordinated by the organization of the festival, will bring all participants and their luggage from Vila Velha de Rodão to the festival site – for free.  The shuttle bus is also taking care of the return trip to Vila Velha de Ródão. Individual travel Car In case you prefer to come by car, please note, that the local traffic routing will be changed. There is a parking place to use for free, but it is a short distance away from the festival site and there is no shade. It is a provisional parking place only for the time period of the festival. It is also the only possibility for parking for visitors of the dammed lake, who don't participate in the festival. Our GPS coordinates are: 39º 28' 16'' N  /  -7º 32' 35'' W. We suggest the following routes: - From Madrid: Madrid –> Cáceres –> Valência de Alcântara –> Portagem –> Castelo de Vide –> Indications to Andanças - From Badajoz: Badajoz –> Elvas –> Portalegre –> Castelo de Vide –> Indications to Andanças
